Mycotoxin binder
Description
4FIX PREMIUM is specially designed to adsorb mycotoxins and endotoxins in animal feed, to support liver activity and improve the general health status of the animal. It is composed of bentonite, sepiolite, calcium propionate, yeast cells, natural polyphenols and aromatic substances.
Objective
The objective is eliminate the risk on mycotoxicosis in animals caused by contaminated feed or feed ingredients. 4FIX PREMIUM is to be used when multiple mycotoxins are present or when others than aflatoxins are present.
Mode of action
4FIX PREMIUM has an outstanding adsorption capacity for polar and non-polar mycotoxins as well as high binding activity due to the β-glucans present. The natural polyphenols and the aromatic substances not only prevent oxidative stress but also supports the functioning of the liver and the general health status of the animal. It prevents moulds to grow or develop mycotoxins.
Application
General recommendation to prevent and reduce the risk of mycotoxicosis is 1 kg/ton of feed. If risk is higher than following recommendation is valid:
Poultry and swine: 1.5 à 2 kg/ton of animal feed
Beef cattle and dairy cows: 10 to 50 g/cow/day
